IMPACT'25 is an international academic conference requiring a professional, accessible, and fast web presence for global scholars.

The project required meticulous attention to detail in presenting schedules, speaker bios, and submission guidelines.

The Vision

The primary goal was clarity. Scholars from around the world needed to find submission deadlines, venue details, and registration links immediately.

We prioritized a clean, distraction-free design with excellent typography and mobile responsiveness.

The Product

A global
conference portal.

The portal handles the display of complex multi-day schedules, speaker profiles, and travel information.

Built on Vite and React, the site loads instantly worldwide, ensuring a smooth experience for international users.

About A.A

Aayush Arya is a full-stack developer and B.Tech ECE student at BIT Mesra (Patna). He builds web products end to end: interfaces in React with GSAP animations, backend services in Node.js and Golang, and databases with MongoDB and MySQL.

Active in hackathons (1st Runner-Up in Cybersecurity Hackathon, multiple 2nd place finishes), tech fest web teams, and open-source. Currently open to full-time roles, freelance projects, and open-source collaborations.
